Can my child receive massage? 

Yes, as long as a parent or guardian stays present during the massage. 

Why can't I receive hot hydro-therapy or hot stone therapy if I'm pregnant? 

High temperature therapies are contraindicated for pregnant people due to endangerment of the pregnancy.

Can I request a shorter massage? 

Absolutely. The price will be adjusted accordingly. 30 minutes minimum is strongly encouraged. Time adjustments exclude Integrative Massage and Craniosacral Fusion Massage. 

What are IASTM tools?

Instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM) are tools used to break down scar tissue, detect fascial adhesions, and relieve muscle tension. Tools resemble Gua-sha tools.

Please arrive in a timely manner

Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. Please remember that the session will be ended at the scheduled time and will not be extended to make up for lost time. 

Proper Hygiene 

Clients are asked to shower before sessions. In cases of excessive uncleanliness, the session may be subject for rescheduling. 

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
