Pahtiā Bodywork

"Pahtiā" is a word originating from the Nahuatl language, an indigenous tongue of central and north Mexico, that means to be restored to health. Massage serves as catalyst for change and balance, and ultimately, we hold the true power to heal ourselves. Massage is a sacred dance of meeting our bodies where they are now and honoring where they want to go. The intentionality, curiosity, and sensitivity provided at Pahtiā Bodywork lends a safe space for clients to arrive to a moment of calm and self-acceptance.
